Flórez will make his debut in Venezuela accompanied by El Sistema's premier orchestra and its conductor Gustavo Dudamel. The concert will feature a varied repertoire that includes arias from works by such renowned composers as Vincenzo Bellini, Gaetano Donizetti, and Gioachino Rossini.

For those who couldn’t get tickets, the concert will be screened live at the Vicente Emilio Sojo Square, located in the Teresa Carreño Cultural Complex.

During his first visit to Venezuela, Flórez will attend a concert by the Teresa Carreño Youth Orchestra, led by Ulyses Ascanio, which will be held on January 30, at the Teresa Carreño Theater. Then, he will visit El Sistema’s Núcleos located in Barquisimeto, Dudamel’s native home. He will also visit the Montalbán Children’s Academic Center (on January 03), and the following day he will attend the concert by the SBYOV at the Center for Social Action through Music.
